Non è sul fatto quotidiano che da un anno e mezzo si propaganda la guerra come voluta dalla Nato, si chiede all'Ucraina di riconoscere le annessioni territoriali russe (chiamando pace l'annessione territoriale violenta e la pulizia etnico-culturale-religiosa delle popolazioni ucraine), senza nessuna garanzia di sicurezza se non la fiducia verso chi ha stracciato gli accordi di Budapest, di Minsk e li ha invasi 2 volte in 8 anni

Non si preoccupi, so già di essere scemo, se è questo che vuole insinuare, sarebbe bello capire chi sono "tutti" gli altri intelligenti che hanno capito il suo tweet pur non essendo su twitter.
Tralasciando il fatto che in questo genere di situazioni difficilmente si arriva a una piena "giustizia" per molteplici motivi, immagino che per poter affermare che centinaia di soldati e ufficiali autorizzavano (come scrive) le torture, avrà anche individuato con nomi e cognomi tutte queste persone e saprà riportarli in un esaustivo articolo in modo che pubblicamente tutti ne vengano a conoscenza, e anche questi possano essere processati.
Un generale non mi sembra un basso grado, più su c'è solo il capo di stato maggiore e il presidente, che andrebbero sì processati anche se non per quell'episodio.
