dall'articolo 2 del #BilateralInfrastructureAgreement(BIA), il cosiddetto Umbrella Agreement che regola l'uso delle basi NATO in Italia da parte degli Stati Uniti, non risulta la distinzione che il ministro #GuidoCrosetto fa tra operazioni cinetiche e operazioni logistiche.

Nell'articolo 2 del #BilateralInfrastructureAgreement si parla di "azioni belliche", esattamente quelle che stanno conducendo gli USA contro #Iran e che RICHIEDONO l'autorizzazione del governo italiano se coinvolgono le nostre basi militari
