scusate, non ho seguito molto questa volta...come mai ora sta procedendo senza opposizioni mentre l'altra volta (mesi fa) no?

Al di là delle argomentazioni di chi dice che non ha nulla da nascondere....bisognerebbe ricordare che lo Stato non è un'entità indefinita. Quando si tratta di operare a livello pratico ci saranno determinate persone deputate a questo compito. Chi ci assicura che quelle persone opereranno sempre a fin di bene e invece non sfrutteranno i contenuti di ciò che possono leggere per fini personali? E' già successo e succederà sempre! A quel punto immagino che possa esserci l'Armageddon, tutto potrà essere utilizzato contro tutti.
Proprio un bel futuro!

@damtux le maggioranze sono mobili e vengono negoziati in base ad alcuni interessi particolari. Al momento il Parlamento è contrario mentre la commissione è favorevole, Il problema è che il consiglio degli Stati presenta maggioranza che possono cambiare o perché cambiano i governi degli Stati oppure perché alcuni stati sono disposti a cedere su chat Control in cambio di qualche cos'altro.
Per questo Bisognerebbe tenere presidi permanenti di protesta presso i governi
