Ihn & seine Egospielwiese einfach mal ignorieren ist allerdings offenbar zu schwierig.

Hm. Das ist doch gewollt und nicht Dummheit geschuldet? Wie ich auch glaub, dass Bayer's Monsanto-Kauf nicht Dummheit sondern unbekannte Strategie war, mglw. gar von BuReg geopolitisch motiviert. Welche Folgen hat es bei X? Wahlkämpfe mit weniger Microtargeting schaden ja speziell den Rrrechten, oder, da Normale in ihrer Trägheit noch immer den Ton im Real Life setzen.

Bei X agiert Musk mMn nicht im Vakuum sondern in + beeinflusst von einer Bubble von polit. motivierten Interessengruppen. Vorstellbar also, dass Musk bei Twitter nicht in ökonom. Dummheit agiert, sondern andere Ziele verfolgt, da SocialMedia so effektiv ist für Meinungsmache u emotional Engineering.

Die Zerschlagung von Tw. als Bewegungs-Platform schadet Demokratie und auch dem so nötigen Wachsen der Klimanotstandsbewegung. Würde das Fediverse attraktiver für Mainstream User, wär dem Fallout von Klima- und Demokratieverfall vll noch entgegenzuwirken.
Sonst gilt auch hier, was Pakistans Klimaministerin letztes Jahr sagte "To countries in Global North I say: you're next. You're sleepwalking into annihilation."

BlueSky ist "Twitter, ohne Musk", einfach ausgedrückt, für technische Laien. Oder?

Mir war Twitter schon vor der "feindseligen Übernahme" zu ätzend. Und Moderation auf BlueSky scheint auch eher… "experimentell" zu sein.

Erwartung: In zwei, drei Jahren, wenn die Leute sich neue Netzwerke aufgebaut haben, steigen ähnliche Investoren wie bei X/Twitter ein und dann wird's "dasselbe in Blau".

Ich schreibe mal als jemand der es zwischendrin auf BS versucht hatte weil praktisch jeder mit dem ich in Kontakt sein möchte exklusiv nur noch dort sein will

Ich fand dort keine Texte, keine Diskussionsfäden, hatte das Gefühl daß alles länger als ein Satz ignoriert wird und die Leute nur 4 bis 5 Wörter fallen lassen

Auf einen Vorstellungstext kam genau ein Like zurück, null Antworten

Warscheinlich muß man vorher Jahre auf Twitter aktiv gewesen sein um da mental drin zu sein
