Dopo oltre tre anni di lavoro, il destino delle chat crittografate in Europa è tutt'altro che deciso. Il 12 settembre 2025, gli Stati membri dell'UE hanno dovuto condividere la loro posizione definitiva sull'ultima versione della proposta di Regolamento sugli abusi sessuali sui minori (CSAR).
Ancora una volta, il disegno di legge non è riuscito a ottenere il sostegno necessario. La versione danese di ciò che i critici hanno definito Chat Control richiederebbe a tutti i fornitori di servizi di messaggistica operanti in Europa di analizzare le chat degli utenti, anche se crittografate, nel tentativo di rilevare e bloccare la diffusione di materiale pedopornografico (CSAM).

Klingt spannend.

Laut der Rezension haben die politischen Forderungen des Autors (Handyverbot an Schulen, technische Altersverifikation) wenig mit den von ihm identifizierten Problemen zu tun (Kinder machen am Handy die Nacht durch, werden mit psychologischen Tricks am Gerät gehalten, mobben oder werden gemobt im Klassenchat, teilen fragwürdige Inhalte ebendort, suchen und finden fragwürdige Inhalte, im Zweifel auf ausländischen Seiten, die sich nicht im unseren Jugendschutz scheren, etc.) Leitet der Autor diese Forderungen irgendwie her?

Mal ein wenig Thekenpsychologie: So lange die sich weiterhin bereichern und Macht ausüben können werden die den Teufel tun. Die interessiert nicht mal im Ansatz, was im eigenen Land abgeht. solange der Kontostad stimmt, sie Ruhe vor dem (rechten) Pöbel haben, was ja auch der Fall ist, so lange sie nicht dagegen vorgehen und wenn es rund geht, tja nun, dann setzt man sich irgenwo hin in Sicherheit ab und gut ist.
