Oggi potreste leggere notizie come quella rilanciata da Fanpage.it che vedete sotto sulla “Clonazione di email governative con la tecnica di #spoofing”.
Ebbene no, non è successo niente di tutto questa ma è solo una forzatura che tecnicamente nel 2025 non ha valore
Non funziona proprio così e i tecnici lo sanno bene! Il problema in questo caso è solo ed esclusivamente in chi riceve quelle email: le email governative analizzate partono tutte con gli standard di sicurezza al giorno d’oggi riconosciuti e correttamente configurate. Il problema grave è che ci sono in giro provider pagliacciata 🤡, tra le mail dei cittadini, che non applicano tali regole riconosciute a livello internazionale.
Qualsiasi gestore serio di email nel 2025 scarta qualsiasi email inviata con quella tecnica di spoofing, se non lo fa il problema é lui e chi lo usa per avere una email gratis!

Italien war doch inzwischen für die Chatkontrolle.
Im Alt-Text steht sich nur "Folgende Länder sind unentschieden (blau): Belgien, Griechenland, Lettland, Rumänien."
Das habe ich schon zu oft gehört.
Nächstes oder übernächstes Jahr kommts doch wieder, aufgeschoben ist nicht aufgehoben..
Und feiern, dass ein Gesetz mal nicht gebrochen wurde, naja, hat so sein Geschmäckle finde ich.

Ich mag die Chat-Kontrolle. Nein, nicht, weil ich ihr ausgesetzt sein will. Sondern weil P2P-Messenger und FOSS-Chatprogramme ohne kommerziellen Hintergrund davon ausgenommen sind. Das dürfte den Druck stark erhöhen, diese auch zu nutzen.
Die Chat-Kontrolle ist ein Schlag in die Fresse von Meta. Das die ja schon freiwillig macht, sollte man immer auch erwähnen. D.h. das Programm, das alle zum Chatten nutzen, und eigentlich niemand nutzen sollte, ist bereits betroffen. Eine breite Debatte zur Chat-Kontrolle könnte die Leute sensibilisieren.
Aber wahrscheinlich ist das alles wieder Frosch im Kochtopf (kein echter Frosch ist so blöd).

Warum sollen die ausgenommen sein?
Nach dem Ergebnis dieses Risikokategorisierungsprozesses werden Systeme oder Teile davon als „hohes Risiko“, „mittleres Risiko“ oder „geringes Risiko“ eingestuft.
... als letztes Mittel eine Aufdeckungsanordnung für Dienste oder Teile von Diensten zu erlassen, die als hohes Risiko eingestuft sind.
Das betrifft wahrscheinlich weniger meta, sondern signal, threema und opensource-Lösungen, weil die kaum Metadaten erfassen und deshalb ein blinder Fleck für die interessierten Behörden sind.
Bevor sie Meta auf die Zehen treten, kommen wahrscheinlich Systeme wie graphene-OS oder Distributionen wie tails dran. Zumindest wenn sie wirklich nach Kinderpornos vorgehen wollen.

Hate to piss on that, but here goes:
1) Pirates have 8,81% (far more than I expected, sure)
Classic Flavour Nazis (SPD) have 7,83%, Nazis With Cars (Motoristé) have 6,80%.
Conservative christians in SPOLU pulled a fast one on their "partners" and managed to get more seats by circling candidates than their "share" should be. (the rest of SPOLU are rightwing conservatives too) - that's 23,17%.
ANO won with 34,81% and they're "leftwing *wink wink*" conservative populists.
2) Earlier this year Pirates did a big purge of progressives in their ranks - at best they're a center-right party now, literally preaching enlightened centrism as they're trying desperately to court rightwing votes from ANCAPs and other scum. This is the Pirate party working as intended, I'm told - they want to focus on Teh Computors and not on social justice.

The GOP’s Government Shutdown
The GOP wants to shutdown the federal government.
It is true that Congress failed to pass a 2026 appropriation bill. The GOP controlled House passed an extension spending bill, but it did not pass in the Senate. It failed in the Senate because it did not have the 60 votes needed to close debate (i.e. cloture) and the Democrats were not willing to provide those votes without changes such as rolling back the GOP’s increase in health insurance premiums for Affordable Care Act recipients or blocking Trump’s unconstitutional efforts to not spend money Congress has already appropriated.
Requiring 60 votes to close debate is a Senate rule that can be changed by a simple majority vote in the Senate. There is nothing in the constitution that requires it. The GOP majority in the Senate could change the rule to close debate with a majority and pass their appropriations extension.
They choose not to. It allows GOP office holders to blame anyone, except themselves. The corporate media parrot their lies.
The GOP wants the federal government shutdown.
I am not talking about the changes in the bill. It is awful, of course, and would continue to let Trump use ICE to illegally round up people in apartment buildings, whether citizens, or immigrants documented or not. Trump could still force national guard members to illegally act like police in cities in other states. Trump has already laid off 12% of federal all workers and the bill would continue to let him illegally hold back billions of dollars Congress appropriated. Billions that should be given to clean energy projects, state transportation projects, VA benefits and needed medical research.
The GOP wants the federal government shutdown.
They want millions of federal workers to suffer from being furloughed unable to provide needed government services. They want us to face uncertainty and loss because those services are not available or require us to waste even more of our time to access them.
Since Trump was inaugurated the GOP has sought a federal government shutdown. Through the DOGEbros, they started their government shutdown as they held back funding and pushed illegal layoffs. The cost has been high to the rest of us. The economy and hiring has flatlined. Prices increased.
They don’t care.
The GOP wants the federal government shutdown and they will use any tool they have to make it happen.
