The CDU/CSU were never a fan of FS or OSS. They rather look towards closed-source companies like Microsoft and Palantir. Big contracts, lots of money, closed door deals etc. That's what they're known for. Merkel once said regarding ACTA "if they'd known what a shitstorm that'll cause they'd have never brought that into the open".

È come si dovrebbe rispondere ai cazzoni ed è come si rispondeva nel secolo scorso ai cazzoni. Adesso siamo diventati politicamente corretti nelle mailing list dove bisognerebbe essere più decisi e leoni da tastiera nei "social network" dove la mancanza delle basi dell'educazione li ha resi delle fogne.
Nel caso in specie, se sei un bravo programmatore, non hai bisogno di una "AI" per riconoscere un codice scritto male.

Lies den Drahtbericht. Das EP drängt auf eine Ratsposition, weil sonst kein Trilog stattfinden kann, aber natürlich drängt es nicht auf anlasslose Chatkontrolle. (Ob die Taktik schlau ist, ist ne andere Frage. Aber es untergräbt erstmal nicht die einmütige Position des EP.)
@bendrath Dass der Rat sich (wie das EP) auf eine Streichung der allgemeinen und unterschiedslosen Chatkontrolle einigen könnte, ist angesichts der Mehrheitsverhältnisse nur Theorie. Wenn man jetzt eine Einigung erzwingt, kann es praktisch nur auf ein Mandat zur massenhaften Chatkontrolle hinauslaufen.
Ein Trilog auf Basis dieser Ratsposition würde mit an Sicherheit grenzender Wahrscheinlichkeit zu fatalen Kuhhandeln führen.

Il diritto alla protezione dei dati e le battaglie per la privacy: pubblicato oggi il rapporto annuale 2024 di NOYB!
A quasi 7 anni dall'entrata in vigore del GDPR, noyb rimane una delle principali forze europee che si battono per il diritto fondamentale alla protezione dei dati per tutti gli utenti. Ad oggi, il nostro lavoro legale ha portato a sanzioni amministrative per un totale di 1,69 miliardi di euro. I nostri risultati nel 2024 dimostrano ancora una volta che possiamo fare la differenza: oltre ad aver presentato 36 nuovi reclami, abbiamo anche ottenuto diverse nuove decisioni dalle autorità e persino una sentenza della Corte di Giustizia Europea (CGUE).

- Das Land hat gesamt nur ca 200 Richter. Fälle kosten schnell €100.00+, in meinem Fall bis zu €10 Mio an Prozessriksio.
- Praktisch gilt EU-Recht hier nur am Papier. Real durchsetzbar ist es nicht, egal ob Datenschutz, Hate Speech oder banaler Vertragsbruch.. 😐
@noybeu versucht das zu ändern - mittels strategischer juristischer Prozesse, aber das sind dicke Bretter.. 😐
