Wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass junge Menschen privat 6 Stunden und mehr am Tag am Computer oder Smartphone hängen, ist es richtig, dass endlich etwas dagegen getan wird.
Süchte machen abhängig und krank.
In diesem Fall verliert man vollkommen den Bezug zur Realität.

Digitale Selbstverteidigung wird immer wichtiger - nicht dass sie es mal nicht war.

Die Definition von digitaler Souveränität als Fähigkeit einer Organisation, ihre dig. Prozesse nach ihren Werten und Bedürfnissen zu gestalten, führt direkt zum wirklichen Problem.

Eine Organisation der Exekutive, die Überwachungssoftware von einem Unternehmer kaufen kann, der offen die Demokratie ablehnt, beweist durchaus ein hohes Maß an dig. Souveränität.

Das Problem ist, dass diese Organisation im besonderen Maß das Vertrauen in die Demokratie zerstört.

Es ist ein Skandal. Zuckerbergs #Monopolimperium hätte schon lange zerschlagen werden müssen. Nur so sind die manipulativen Bestrebungen von #Zuckerberg zumindest ein wenig zu begrenzen. Am liebsten wäre es mir allerdings Zuckerberg, #Musk, #Bezos und die anderen #Tech-Oligarchen würden enteignet. Dazu hat allerdings keine US Regierung die Kraft. Alle politischen Kräfte in den US bedienen sich heute lieber der manipulativen Möglichkeiten der #Tech-Bosse und #Social-Media.

The whole proposal is simply religious-level dogma. Simplification is the premise itself!

The fact is that removing the protective layers that #GDPR would be devastating for #Europe’s #tech sector. The US financial investment market vastly overpowers anything we have, and our internal tech companies would be outpriced and gobbled up by US companies within a few years

We’d end up losing our privacy for the price of being surveilled and controlled by US owning the assets

Die Regierungskoalition des Landes Berlin hat ihr neues Polizeigesetz nach einer Anhörung von Sachverständigen nur minimal angepasst. Bei der automatisierten Gesichtserkennung soll die Überwachung sogar noch weiter ausgebaut werden als bisher geplant.
