Es gibt Updates zu #Gießen: Das Verwaltungsgericht hat zwei "Verlegungen" von Versammlungen kassiert, diese dürfen nun doch in der Nähe des Treffens der AfD-Jugend stattfinden. I hope people understand that your own phone is more or less owned by the government and that your own phone will betray you: where you are, what you are doing, who you are talking to, how much money is going where, and whether you are doing something the state does not like.
You might say it won't be that bad, but suppose that in a few months' time, someone like Trump suddenly comes to power in your country. Would you still be so sure about Chat Control?

The Ombudsperson's findings deepen public distrust in Europol's expanded powers, which have been given with little accountability.
The Commission has long been guilty of systemically ignoring its own lawmaking rules when it comes to #migration and law enforcement - it's about time they were called out on it 📣

⚠️ The Ombudsperson's findings on the Commission's maladministration also included those the #deregulation agenda: The Commission also did not follow proper rules for the Omnibus proposal on corporate sustainability and due diligence and on the Common Agricultural Policy.
This assessment shows serious procedural shortcuts from the EU's executive body that has clearly resulted in rushed and harmful lawmaking. The #DigitalOmnibus launched last week is a result of the same.
