@versodiverso no, non aveva ragione: le proteste cavalcate dalla Lega avevano buona fama perché tornavano comode anche ai DS (ex PCI, poi PD) che con le coop rosse volevano smafieggiare ancora di più sulla ripartizione delle quote latte.
Comunque il risultato di quella guerra fu che:
- i vaccari camparono di rendita ancora fino al 2003
- l'Italia pagò multe salate
- continuiamo a produrre latte di merda e con processi che erano vecchi anche negli anni '90

le quote di produzione in agricoltura nella UE esistono (esistevano nel caso del latte) perché è un settore sussidiato e protetto dagli stati: l'effetto delle quote è di tenere i prezzi abbastanza alti da permettere ai produttori di ogni paese di rimanere nel mercato.
gli allevatori italiani vendevano più latte della quantità concordata a livello UE, evadendo il relativo tributo, e l'Italia li lasciava fare.

gli agricoltori italiani diventarono ben contenti delle quote quando entrarono nella UE i paesi dell'Europa orientale i cui agricoltori dichiarano di "avere un sistema efficiente per cui riescono a produrre prodotti agricoli di ottima qualità e prezzo basso, grazie ad anni di forti investimenti".
e ultimamente abbiamo visto come gli agricoltori polacchi hanno protestato per reintrodurre le quote agli agricoltori ucraini colpiti dalla guerra

La neve non era ancora caduta sull’Île-de-France, ma un’ondata di gelo digitale aveva già attraversato la Camera. Secondo Politico, negli ultimi giorni diversi account Telegram di parlamentari francesi sono stati violati. Mercoledì 20 novembre, i rappresentanti eletti dell’Assemblea nazionale hanno ricevuto un’e-mail dai servizi informatici del Palazzo Borbone che li avvertiva della compromissione degli account sulla popolare piattaforma di messaggistica russa. Gli attacchi, secondo quanto riportato da BFMTV, avrebbero colpito deputati di diversi schieramenti politici, un ex ministro del governo Macron, giornalisti politici e dipendenti dell’Assemblea.
Gli hacker avrebbero sfruttato un “attacco di phishing poco sofisticato”, spiega Baptiste Robert, esperto di sicurezza informatica e fondatore di Predicta Lab, in un’intervista a RTL. Le vittime ricevevano messaggi su Telegram con inviti apparentemente innocui: “Ho trovato una tua foto da bambino” o “Una foto del tuo maestro delle elementari”, oppure frasi come “Devo assolutamente mostrarti una cosa”. I messaggi contenevano link fraudolenti che, una volta cliccati, reindirizzavano a una finestra di login falsa. Questo permetteva agli hacker di prendere il controllo degli account in modo invisibile e remoto.
“L’attacco si presenta come un messaggio standard con un link fraudolento che richiede di inserire il proprio numero di telefono”, si legge nella mail inviata ai deputati dal delegato alla protezione dei dati dell’Assemblea nazionale. “Una volta fornito il numero, l’account Telegram viene compromesso immediatamente, consentendo all’aggressore di usarlo per diffondere contenuti dannosi.”
La vicenda mette in luce l’urgenza di rafforzare la sicurezza informatica, anche di fronte a minacce apparentemente banali.

BRINDISI – Anche il secondo gruppo di migranti accompagnati dalla Marina Militare in Albania è tornato in Italia. La visita guidata nel centro di Gjader, durata 48 ore, si è conclusa stamattina quando ha fatto ritorno a Brindisi come già successo per i primi dodici entusiasti richiedenti asilo, o almeno è quanto appare dalle primissime recensioni dell’italianissimo centro di permanenza: “Ci voleva dopo una traversata in mare” “ideale per coppie” “nuovo e pulitissimo, ideale per una toccata e fuga”. Non a caso il ministro dell’Interno Matteo Piantedosi ha sottolineato la qualità della proposta offerta e ha spiegato che questi viaggi costano all’incirca 8.400 euro al giorno «al netto delle spese di ordinario esercizio quotidiano della nave»
Il soggiorno prevede:
H 6:00 Partenza dal porto di Brindisi, ad attenderci ci sarà Libra, un pattugliatore della Marina Militare lungo 80 metri. Ha un equipaggio fisso di 64 persone, che può arrivare fino a 81, in overbooking. Alla velocità di crociera 20 nodi (37 Km/h) raggiungeremo il piccolo porto di Shengjin, in Albania. Arrivo previsto ore 16:00. Giunti in terra straniera ci trasferiremo a bordo di un van, scortati dalla polizia, al centro… per l’accoglienza.
H 17:00 Visita presso l’HotSpot allestito dal governo italiano.
H 19:00 Cena d’accoglienza con personalità di spicco delle forze dell’ordine, alti funzionari di stato e giornalisti (no ciabatte)
H 21:00 Torta, brindisi e foto di rito
H 21:30 Serata libera fino allo spegnimento delle luci alle 22:00
H 7:00 Colazione intercontinentale
H 10:00 Visita della graziosa città di Lezhe, nota come la Gatteo Mare albanese, per far indignare gli abitanti del posto
H 12:00 Pranzo al sacco
H 15:00 Visita panoramica in località Grusht në sy letteralmente Pugno in un occhio, come lo chiamano gli abitanti della frazione di Shenjing, in cui si può ammirare la colata di cemento dove sorge il centro d’accoglienza italiano
H 19:00 Cena d’addio e saluti
H 22:00 Partenza per il porto e imbarco sulla libra. Velocità di crociera 20 nodi (37 Km/h)
H 7:00 Arrivo al porto di Brindisi
Dopo gli italiani, che l’hanno scelta in massa come metà turistica, grazie a questa offerta governativa l’Albania è diventata anche la meta preferita dei migranti giunti in Italia. Quando l’integrazione è fatta bene, questi sono i risultati.
