Just keep an eye on the size of your database. Enable Mastodon Apps bulked mine out really quickly and I spent a while deleting tens of thousands of lines directly from the database after removing the plugin (no other way to do it).

EMA, along with Friends, is a very promising plugin with some great features and functionality but bulking out the database with no setting* to auto delete is a problem.

*In Friends there is a setting to only keep X amount of posts and/or only from X amount of time but the plugin doesn’t appear to take any notice of the parameters set.

Od poniedziałku robię sobie 75 soft challenge.
Dlaczego i po co?
Znam nawyki, które na tę chwilę pomagają zadbać mi o zdrowie i rozwoju pasji, a cały system ma pomóc mi się zrelaksować i być przy sobie, ze sobą i nie wsiąknąć w net.
Bo mam też ogromny problem z samotnością, a wsiąkanie w net nic tu nie daje od lat, więc przekonuje sama siebie do wychodzenia do ludzi.
I jestem bardzo ciekawa, co się stanie po tylu dniach ciągłego działania w ten sposób.
Oczywiście, jak będę chora, to zawieszę challenge, odpuszczam sobie też dzień wyjazdu na koncert Eda, ale tak to nie widzę przeszkód do działania. Pod tym wpisem będzie cotygodniowy wpis z podsumowaniem, albo i częściej, jak będę mieć potrzebę.

pierwszy tydzień challenge i było łatwiej, niż zakładałam 😁

Czytanie i nauka języka poszły mi najłatwiej, przeczytałam 2 całe książki, zaczęłam trzecią i przeczytałam 43 strony i kilkanaście stron wcześniej rozpoczętej.
Najtrudniej było mi wziąć się za ćwiczenia, ale koniec końców udało się.
Dzień offline (piątek) - zaskakująco łatwo mi było zrezygnować z Tik toka i YT, na Masto weszła dwa razy w powiadomienia. Musiałam też pomóc zapłacić rachunki mamie, więc tak, nie byłam w 100% offline, ale od dawna nie miałam takiego dnia bez chcęci używania ekranu, więc zaliczam to na plus.
Wiem, że łatwość tego tygodnia to efekt tego, że ja mam na to wszystko czas obecnie. Jednak myślałam już o ewentualnych problemach z wyzwaniem, kiedy wrócę do pracy czy pojadę na urlop i znalazłam kilka rozwiązań ułatwiających to.
Już widzę dużo radości, zwiększenie energii do działania, a każde ćwiczenia fizyczne cieszyły po wykonaniu, no poza jednym dniem.
W tym tygodniu było obecnych dużo małych radości i chwil wartych uwiecznienia.

Macham wam radośnie z dnia offline, który jest bardzo intencjonalny, ale na chwilę go przerywam i dzielę się podsumowaniem drugiego tygodnia 75 soft challenge.
Jestem bardzo zadowolona, powoli widać małe efekty w postaci większego luzu w ciele (jak zaczynam więcej tańczyć, to znaczy, że idę w dobrą stronę 😁), radochy z czytania. W całym tygodniu było wiele momentów wartych zapamiętania.
Dużo podziało się duchowo i psychicznie dla mnie i journaling bardzo pomaga mi przez to przejść.
Co do bycia offline - niestety nadal korci mnie z bardzo tik tok, więc liczę, że w przyszłym tygodniu przyzwyczają się do limitu, reszta rzeczy online mnie nie rusza.

Rzutem na taśmę podsumowanie trzeciego tygodnia challengu
Cieszę się coraz bardziej z podjęcia tego wyzwania.
Rozkręciłam czytani i naukę hiszpańskiego, cieszy mnie medytacja i wgląd w siebie, chociaż czasem to trudne. I to bardzo.

Macham do was z weekendu bardzo offline i przychodzę z podsumowaniem 4 tygodni challengu☺️
Tak, tak, dziś mam 28 dzień, nie wiem sama kiedy to zleciało.
Podsumowanie jednymm zdaniem - Jest łatwiej, niż zakładałam.
Bardzo dobrym richem było rozpoczęcie tego, kiedy miałam wolne od pracy i mogłam spokojnie wdrożyć nawyki.
Zmieniam powoli zdanie o codziennym ruchu - wiadomy, wsłuchany w ciało ruch, to zbawienie dla ciała. Praktycznie nie mam już "zakwasów", a pojawił się przyjemny luz, wzmocnienie i głębasz relacja z ciałem. ☺️
Ogromną radość sprawia mi to codzienne czytanie, nie mogę się doczekać, ile jeszcze cudownych książek przede mną.
Co do kontaktu ze sztuką, cieszę się, z przeczyatniu kilku rzeczy, z tworzenia swojej sztuki, cały czas jednak nie dotarłam do galerii sztuki, mam nadzieję zmienić to w tym miesiącu.
Jest mi spokojniej, ciszej w głowie, pewniej. Journaling prowadzi mnie w zakamraki duszy i odkrywa róźne rzeczy. Chociaż bywa ciężko, to wiem, że tego mi trzeba.

Podsumowując: cieszę się z podjęcia tego wyzwania ❤
Wzrosła moja pewność siebie, sprawczość i satysfakcja z życia (robienie codziennie zdjęcie jakimś fajnym rzeczą to game changer, mówię wam).
Sądzę, że od urodzin podejmę się kolejnego takiego wyzwania, nastawionego na ruch, mindfullnes i wychodzenie z domu, bo w zimie zawsze ciężko mi się do tego zebrać.

Za dużo się tu zadziało, żeby pisać cokolwiek.
Jestem wdzięczna sobie kolejny raz za podjęcie tego wyzwania.
Dziwnie się czuję z dwudniową pauzą. Muszę też przemyśleć, jak zorganizować sobie warunki na wyzwanie na kolejnym urlopie, ale nie powinno być źle.

5 dni. 2 dni wymagały wciśnięcia hamulca.
Ale mam obietnice daną samą sobie, że następne 5 tygodni jadę dzień w dzień, chyba że choroba mnie powstrzyma.

A co działo się przez te 5 dni? Powrót do rutyny po wyjeździe, chociaż na wyjeździe jej strzępki były zachowane. Mam też wniosek, że chciałabym na kolejnych wyjazdach wkładać więcej takiej rutyny, bo daje mi ona dużo dobra i równowagi. Najbardziej po powrocie cieszy ruch, bo mam wykupione dostęp do studia jogi online oraz czytanie.
Wchodzę też w moje pasje mocniej.

"The gulf between the people and their governments couldn’t be starker.

In his powerful anticolonial essay Discourse on Colonialism, the Martinique writer-politician Aimé Césaire had written: ‘colonialism works to decivilize the colonizer, to brutalize him in the true sense of the word’. Israel’s colonial war in Palestine has found the most willing defenders in Europe’s politicians.

But this is not just a faraway war. As people rise in indignation and horror at the daily massacres unfolding on their screens, European politicians are slowly but surely enacting a whole set of legal, political and technological infrastructure to constrict freedoms in Europe, to take away rights, and to block every space for meaningful action in solidarity with a people being genocided. They serve a politics that unleashes and legitimises rampant Islamophobia in the name of preventing antisemitism."

The whole thing about the corporate giants poaching AI engineers from each other for obscene amounts of money shows us (at least) two things, IMNSHO:
1. There is no doubt left that this is the new dotcom bubble.
2. These "top engineers" have no functional ethics, as most are willing to work for Facebook. This consequently means they are in no position to be working on and entrusted with massive AI systems.

"Google co-founder Sergey Brin called the United Nations “transparently antisemitic” on Saturday in an internal forum for employees, according to screenshots reviewed by The Washington Post and verified with a current member of the forum.

His comments came in response to a U.N. report released last month that alleged technology firms including Google and its parent company Alphabet had profited from “the genocide carried out by Israel” in Gaza by providing cloud and AI technologies to the Israeli government and military.

“With all due respect, throwing around the term genocide in relation to Gaza is deeply offensive to many Jewish people who have suffered actual genocides. I would also be careful citing transparently antisemitic organizations like the UN in relation to these issues,” Brin wrote in a forum for staff at Google DeepMind, the company’s artificial intelligence division, where workers were debating the report, according to the screenshots.

The U.N. report was authored by its special rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, Italian legal scholar Francesca Albanese. The U.S. representative to the U.N. has asked for her removal, accusing her of antisemitism and bias against Israel."

È questa la particolarità delle guerre africane, conflitti che insorgono, si placano e si riaccendono perché sempre legati, in fondo, a problemi non risolti, alla povertà, alla bassa remunerazione del lavoro, alle controversie sull’impiego delle risorse naturali, alla questione della terra, intesa non come territorio politico ma come luogo dell’identità e bene di sopravvivenza.

La complessità dei conflitti africani richiede un approccio analitico che superi la semplice etichetta di “guerre tribali”. Questi conflitti, spesso radicati in una storia di colonialismo, sfruttamento e disuguaglianze economiche, presentano una serie di motivazioni che vanno oltre il mero scontro etnico. L’analisi di queste guerre è fondamentale non solo per comprendere le dinamiche locali ma anche per riconoscere le connessioni regionali e gli interessi commerciali che le alimentano.

I conflitti africani non sono isolati; sono interconnessi. Le guerre in un paese possono avere ripercussioni su quelli vicini. Attraverso l’analisi dei flussi di rifugiati, del commercio illecito di armi, e dell’influenza di attori esterni, emerge un quadro complesso. Per esempio, i conflitti in Mali influenzano la sicurezza in Niger e Burkina Faso, creando un ecosistema di violenza che si espande. Le dinamiche tribali, pur essendo un aspetto, devono essere comprese all’interno di un contesto più ampio di interessi economici e politici.
